General Workflow- An Admin user creates a Show, uploads an animatic, assigns roles to other users, and assigns those users to Shows.
- Supervisors create and assign Resources to Members.
- Each Resource has a series of stages of work and approval in order to reach completion.
- Members advance a Resource to the revision stage by assigning the Resource back to the Supervisor for review.
- In the review stage, Supervisors approve the work done on a Resource and advance it to the next work stage if applicable or instead make notes and assign the Resource back to the Member for revision.
- The Resource progresses through these stages until it is complete.
- Throughout this process, Animan sends new versions of Resources to Renderman so the image and video previews use the most up-to-date resources.
